Parkour Youth

Ages 8-11 years old

     Specifically designed for ages 8-12, your child will find our classes fit their active, playful mentality. By utilizing interactive skills focuses, fun but challenging courses and light workouts, we teach youth students how to be physically healthy but also how to approach obstacles from new angles.

Students challenge themselves in safe ways while learning new skills and gaining confidence that extends well beyond the gym.


We recommend: ALL new STUDENTS to GO THROUGH our parkour intro class BEFORE ATTENDING THE MAIN CLASSES.
