Ages 8-12 years old
Experience a youth program unlike any other! Specifically designed for ages 8-12, your child will find our classes fit their active, playful mentality. By utilizing interactive skills focuses, fun but challenging courses and light workouts, we teach youth students how to be physically healthy but also how to approach obstacles from new angles. Students challenge themselves in safe ways while learning new skills and gaining confidence that extends well beyond the gym.
We offer two packages for youth students, once a week for light regular training or twice a week for more serious training. Both packages include access to Open Training sessions.
